we are located drastically under the manhattan bridge overpass, happily (d.u.m.b.o,h.). the best way to get here is to walk or ride a bike over either the manhattan or brooklyn bridge. if you prefer the subway, take the f or a to the first stop in brooklyn. please refer to the map below for neighborhood tips and directions.

if you took the f subway follow these directions:
1 exit the first f-stop in brooklyn (york street on the corner of york and jay) and turn right
2 walk down jay street for one block
3 take a left on the next block on to front street. pass the dry cleaner and take the second door on your right: 147 front street. there is a little coffee box in the foyer called retreat. up the stairs, take a left walk down the hall to suite 206. please knock.
