rumi humphrey has been technical designer and programmer for the past 12 years. He has built numerous award winning multimedia projects for clients such as macromedia shockwave, tommy.com, sony ericsson, and medsite (now webmd).
he has also worked in-house for such high-profile companies as guggenheim.com, which won a webby for best broadband site in 2001; organic, inc., an internationally renowned web design firm; alinear.net, where he helped build an interactive music video for an unreleased version of jimi hendrix’s purple haze, which won macromedia’s shockwave site of the day. more recently, rumi worked extensively with revver.com, a popular video sharing portal, building their flash based video player and uploader, revver’s video player gets over a million views per month. in addition to writing cutting-edge multimedia for the web, he develops for the iPhone.
