Florian worked remote with Orion Advisor Tech in 2021 and 2022. In the role of design director, and leading up to it, he:

• Re-designed finance reporting for advisory firms from scratch.

• Lead the design for a behavioral finance initiative to help people in relationships be better with money.

• Shepherded the design system and evolved it.

• Worked with teams to reinvent the financial risk assessment process.

• Helped lead the design of the custom indexing and tax transitioning initiatives.

• Assisted with the redesign of the compliance application.

• Initiated the redesign of the financial risk assessment product.

• Launched the ‘Universal Menu System’ project to unify the experience across 15 financial apps.

• Designed an iPad app for investors to set savings goals and plan retirement.

• Launched the Orion design team website to bring the (remote) team together and find fresh blood.

During his tenure, Florian was awarded an ‘Orion Star’ and completed his FINRA Series 65 certificate.
